Sacking is good for company?

A survey in the United Kingdom reveals that 77 per cent of bosses think letting go of workers regularly is good for the company - The Straits Times CATS, Saturday March 17, 2007.
I, on the other hand, believe sacking bosses regularly is better.

Cost wise, getting rid of bunch of them is as effective as getting rid 20-40% of the overall workforce, with lesser social impact. Company moral wise, sacking bosses provides good moral boost for the rest of the workers. Who on earth won't be motivated to work hard to reach the top knowing that you can screw the company and get away with millions of dollars in separation package? Last but not least, voting for whom to get rid next would also be a good fun team building exercise for the workers :) ..

Your thoughts?
