Hairspray (2007)

This movie came a long way, from a cult movie (1988) to a broadway and now back to the big screen. Extremely good music, fun-to-watch dance, and not-too-cheesy story. I use to hate all Travolta's movie but this one simply blew me away. A must watch!

Dreamy ...

Not exactly the best shots of the session, but I simply love the dreamy colors of the picture ..

Fried fish ala Panda ..

Ingredients for two:

1 meaty fish (score diagonally, marinate with salt and lime juice)

1 tomato

garlic and shallot

chilli

How to cook:

Chop garlic, shallot and chilli (or mix them with the food processor)

Chop tomato (remove the juice and the seed first)

Stir the above with a teaspoon of oil, add sugar and salt. If the sauce is too thick, add water. Remove the sauce and let it rest.

Fried fish with medium heat (and lot of oil). Try not to flip the fish too often as it will break the skin. For a medium size fish, it probably will take between 10-15 mins for the first side and about half of the time for the other.

Serve the fish with the sauce on top :) ...

Imagine "poking" in the loo, while watching southpark and hiding from your office mate (and not necessarily doing number 2)?

We're back from Koala-land. Decent amount of work related emails, lot of non-work related emails/blogs to catch up with, and tons of laundry and cleaning to do. Last but not least, hundreds of photos to edit before this ah-long sprays OP-PP (read: owe picture pay picture) in front of my doorstep!

The good thing about being allowed to work from home is that you have the luxury do all of the above at the same time. Three loads of laundries gone with two more to go before I can call it a day :) ..
