I suck at good bye, period.
Recently few of my friends decided to end their stint in this island for good. One of them is my best comrade in the office, and the other is one of the Bension's Fellowship of Kinabalu. While they both have shared, in one way or another, their concern of staying put and their plan of leaving for quite some time. The reality sunk in this weekend when one of them left and the other closing to do the same in about a week time. I couldn't stop to think of how lucky (and brave) they are to be able to find a courage (and/or opportunity) to move on.
As much as I want to say something wise to them, I couldn't think of any. So guys, good luck, all the best, and thanks for everything. Let's keep in touch and I believe our path will cross again earlier than what any of us have thought (or hoped) it would be.
